Hey all,
So I have a MR-1 that is my back up, has been great for me and I love it!!! Now I am using a SP-1 and will never go back to anything else. But I like to tinker and have fun toys soooo. I have a couple of ideas:
1) AK mod my MR-1 2) Tippman 98 to SAW adaptation... 3) Just save my money for a Pump... 4) Put the money into my SP-1
Ok this is pretty dumb but I would value you opinions as I play with you guys the most. When I think about it I will only be using my SP-1 so putting money into that seems like the safest bet. Maybe a better barrel next then the Firestorm bolt! But as I said before I like to screw around and tinker so...

i would pump the money into the sp-1. why start a 98c project when you have a backup, and a pistol already?the trinity silencer barrel is great on the sp-1, and you know how fast i can string out the paint with mine. Don't turn into me, with a zillion markers to maintain!!

True, i need a new barrel for the SP-1...I was thinking the Smart parts All-american. They don't seem to have that suppressor barrel anymore. I am thinking of selling my Pistol to fund the new TPX! Mine is reliable but I can't get it over 185 on the velocity. I have added my insert spacers, tried different springs. I have to say it does have quite a few kills on it though. That TPX is super nice and the mags are cheap for spares. Mine is a idiot to reload in the field! I ended up getting 3 players out with it at Stalingrad as I ran out of air while holding a point...Not to mentioned used my Pistol at Red Dawn as well to take 2 out to get the points for a flag station...So it is useful.

Not a real fan of Apex...I think i am going to pick up the All American this weekend...I want a better barrel than the stock that came with the SP-1. I am not getting the ditance I think I should be.

while it is true that i do not get the greatest range out of my trinity suppressor barrel, i feel that it works well for the game i usually play. i guess that your recipe for sucess, Doc. which would work best for the gamestyle you prefer? If your into defense, get the apex on a Short barrel, as you'll get a better hook out of it and stun people by getting them on top of the head.Offense= all american barrel, sniping=trinity suppressor

You know me i tend to play pretty aggressive! Like to be in the mix. The problem is that the stock barrel is just not reaching out there. short to Mid i rock, long range (realative in PB) i seem to drop short...i really noticed this at Red Dawn as there is more open area. Anyways thanks Brian for the opinion, you know i value it.

ok, what kind of guage, and what kind of gun? if there is not a plug on your reg, or if you do not use a regulator, try mounting the guage on an ASA adapter, available just about anywhere (the asa is where you screw in your air tank/remote line)
